Flowers have always been important in my life. I have grown them, killed them, dried them, arranged them, and like many, treasured them. I could never make anything as beautiful as a fully in bloom hydrangea but these Flowerscapes are my attempt.

CARE:

If pressure is applied to the surface for long periods of time it may flatten the surface. Lay facing up until artwork can be installed in its permanent place.

Regularly use a clean soft bristle brush or clean feather duster to dust the surface of the artwork. As with all paintings heat will damage the surface. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from sources of heat. If artwork must be covered use parchment paper. Tissue paper will stick to the surface and is NOT recommended. If artwork is damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. My style of work can easily be fixed with more flowers :)

Why do you NOT accept returns?

I really want you to love these handmade items. If there is a true complaint please reach out to me and I will try my hardest to find a solution that works for the both of us, this is not a guarantee but an offer to be as gracious as possible to resolving disputes. That being said, as a term and condition I do not accept returns.

I give as much information as possible when I list an item for sale. I take photos in multiple light settings so you can make a well informed purchase. These works take a lot of time and effort to create, then there are shipping fees, website fee, credit card processing fee, etc. Please purchase carefully because sales are final.

How long will it take to ship my order?

I try to ship orders on Mondays and Fridays. If you place an order for a “made to order” please add an additional 5 days. Most shipments are sent with USPS priority mail.

How will my order be packed?

My Flowerscapes are packed with high density foam, bubble wrap and other packing materials. Nothing comes in contact with the front of the artwork. There is considerable cost associated with this packing style and that cost is included in the price. Custom commissions are usually shipped in a wooden art crate.

If your order is damaged in shipping please contact me as soon as possible.

We will work together to find a solution.
